Eddie Keith Stroud

Eddie Keith Stroud, a
beloved husband, father,
and friend, passed away at
the age of 68, on May 9,
2025, after a long and
brave battle with demen-
tia. Eddie was born July
12, 1956, in Stephens Coun-
ty and grew up in Haber-
sham County. Eddie was a
kind soul who was loved
by all who met him. He
tackled life with a positive
attitude and smile. He was
a devoted husband of 34
years to Jodi and a won-
derful father and mentor
to Patrick.
Eddie was retired after
three decades in manufac-
turing. He was a tremen-
dous team builder and
loved by all who worked
with him.
Eddie loved the out-
doors and could always be
found at the lake in the
summer with his family
and friends. He loved the
ocean, campfires and was
a master at the grill.
Eddie is survived by his
wife Jodi, of Watkinsville,
son Patrick (Ashley), of
Duluth, and his mother
Doris Stroud, of Mount
Airy. He was the son of the
late Vernon Enley Stroud.
The family will receive
friends at Acree-Davis Fu-
neral Home, Toccoa, Ga.,
Friday, May 16, 2025, from
5-7 p.m. followed by a
memorial service on Sat-
urday, May 17, 2025, at 11
a.m.
In lieu of flowers, dona-
tions can be made to the
Alzheimer's Association.
