Lee Day Obituary

Mrs. Lee Anne Day, of
Toccoa, Ga., formally of
Dallas, Ga., passed away
peacefully at the age of 80.
Born in Newcastle, Aus-
tralia, on May 19, 1945, she
arrived in America on
April 1, 1946, aboard the
S.S. Monterey. She was the
beloved daughter of the
late Mois and Gwenith
Pritchett.
Lee was a devoted wife,
mother, and grandmother
whose greatest joy was
spending time with her
family. She is survived by
her son Chris Day
(Tracie), daughter Lisa
Moon (Tommy), grand-
daughters: Keisha Bottino
(Derek), Whitley Butter-
worth (Brian), Brittany
Shadburn (Adam), Andrea
Moon, and grandson
Matthew Moon. Her legacy
continues through her
great-grandchildren: Noah
Day, Eli Butterwoth, Is-
abella Bottino, Colton Bot-
tino, Nellie Shadburn, and
Thomas Shadburn.
She is also survived by
her sister Sandra Himes
(Bob), brother David
Pritchett (Marsha), and
many nieces and nephews.
Lee was preceded in death
by her loving husband,
Ronald Day.
Her warmth, kindness,
and unwavering love for
her family will be deeply
missed and fondly remem-
bered by all who knew
her.
Services were held in
the chapel of Georgia Fu-
neral Care on Tuesday,
Nov. 4, 2025, at 12 p.m. The
family received friends
starting at 11 a.m.
