Opal Patterson Obituary
Patterson, age 106, of Toc-
coa, passed away Wednes-
day, Jan. 31, 2024 at The
Wilkinson Center in Toc-
coa.
A daughter of the late
George and Laura Lehman
Miller, she was born Jan.
20, 1918 in Rummel, Pa.,
having lived in Toccoa for
the last four years. She
was a retired cook with
the State Prison System of
Pennsylvania.
In addition to her par-
ents, she was preceded in
death by her husband,
Harry Patterson, Jr.
Survivors include three
daughters, Patricia Knud-
son of Toccoa, Jean John-
son of Nine Mile Falls,
Wash. and Christy Mc-
Gough of Toccoa; two
grandchildren and four
great-grandchildren.
Interment was in the
Forest Lawn Park, John-
stown, Pennsylvania on
Feb. 6, 2024.
