Patsy Garner Obituary
Born March 26, 1948 in Stephens County, she was the daughter of the late Mose and Agnes Ward Collins.
Mrs. Garner was a homemaker, and of the Congregational Holiness faith.
Family members in- clude her son, Randy Collins (Rebecca); daugh- ter, Marie Dukes; son, Ter- ry Garner; daughter, Rita Williams (Charles); son, Jayson Garner (Crystal); grandchildren, Erin Roesch, Samantha Arnold, Kayla Ramey, Josh Ramey, Ethan Dukes, Dustin Ramey, Katelyn Collins, Kristan Collins, Kaylen Escalante, Alyssa Garner, Haylee Garner, Raylynn Garner; nine great-grandchildren; brothers, Jerry Collins, Kenneth Collins, Tim Collins and Rick Collins; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her par-
ents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Earnest Garner; brother, Sam Collins; and sisters, Jackie Wood and Charlotte Turner.
The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 12 p.m. until the ser- vice time Thursday, Dec. 28, 2023.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 28, 2023 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortu- ary with the Rev. Jerrell Beatty and the Rev. Ray Bohannon officiating. Burial will follow at Rose- lane Cemetery.
The following gentle- men will serve as pallbear- ers: Chris Collins, Dustin Ramey, Ethan Dukes, Tharon Dukes, Aiden Roe- sah and Johnny Collier.
