Born Dec. 24, 1942, in
New Carlisle, Ohio, the
son of the late Theodore
James and Sylvia R. Chal-
fant, Sr.
Ted married V. Jean
Lopp on June 16, 1966, and
they were married for 59
years.
Survivors are: his wife
V. Jean Chalfant, and
their 3 daughters: Donna
Guest (Douglas), Kim
Chalfant-Kelly (Mike), and
Roxann Chalfant.
Grandchildren: Christo-
pher Guest (Elyse), and
Heather G. Lidh, Amie
Klemkosky, (David), and
Michael Kelly.
Great-grandchildren:
Abigail Lidh, Benjamin,
Jackson, and Hudson
Guest.
A memorial service will
be held at Tom's Creek
Baptist Church, on Dec.
28, 2025, Sunday. Visita-
tion will be from 3-4 p.m.
followed by a small service
at 4 p.m. Please keep the
family in your thoughts
and prayers.
