Chloe James Obituary
Funeral services celebrating the life of Chloe Renee James will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 21, 2016 in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers, Pineville with Reverend Russell Cobb officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Ball.
The family requests that visitation be observed at Hixson Brothers, Pineville Friday, May 20, 2016 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. and continued Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
Chloe, 16, of Ball, passed from this life on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 in Tioga.
Those left to cherish her memory include her parents, Norman Ray James, Jr. and Amanda Patterson; brothers, Blake Voisin and Carson James; sisters, Cearey James and Cora Patterson; grandparents, Norman Ray James, Sr. and Laverne James and Carlton and Barbara Deville; niece, Adaleigh James and a host of other family members and friends.

It's hard to believe that this happened to such a sweet girl.. Although Chloe and I have not talked in awhile, I will always cherish the memories we shared while swimming, laughing, and the times we had at Ball Elementary School.
Mrs. LaVerne, my thoughts and prayers will always be with you, your family, and I will also pray for everyone who got the opportunity to meet or know Chloe.
Chloe was a very special person who could make you laugh even if you were going through rough times. She accepted everyone she met for who they were and she will always be remembered for her spirited attitude and her kindness to others.

Hey Chloe, its Mrs. Lacey. I want you to know you brought so many smiles to so many faces. Your parents and friends adored you. We are going to miss you terribly, but knowing we will see you and all our loved ones again, is something special to look forward to. So when you see your mom or dad cry, whisper in their ears and tell them this is not goodbye. So Chloe, spread your wings and wrap them around those who miss you most. Send little warm rays of sushine on cloudy days, and snuggle in between your parents as they sleep. Until we meet again,sweetheart..until we all meet again..

I am a substitute teacher @ Tioga High and had Chloe in classes more than once!! I am so sorry for your loss of such a sweet young lady!! I pray that God will bring comfort to the family during this sad time!! I pray that as days turn into weeks and weeks into months, your tears will turn into smiles as you remember the life of your beautiful Chloe!! Thoughts and prayers for all of you!!

It truly is not right to have to bury his child. I cannot imagine what her parents are going through. And would I ever want to imagine. I do not know Chloe or her family but I can tell you right now that her and her family will be in all my prayers for the next year
