Christopher Murray Obituary
Born in Providence, he was a son of Jacqueline (McMullen) Murray, of Hopkinton, and the late Thomas H. Murray.
Christopher graduated from Chariho Regional High School in 1985 and received an associate degree from CCRI in applied science and technical studies. He was employed most recently at A-Z Corp. in Stonington and previously worked at Electric Boat, Quonset. Christopher was a lover of the outdoors and enjoyed golf, hunting, fishing and playing cards.
In addition to his wife and mother, Christopher leaves his two sons, Adam T. and Matthew C. Murray, both of Bradford; his brothers, Patrick J. Murray, of North Port, Fla., and Timothy J. Murray, of Providence; and his sister, Ellen Kenyon, of Ft. Myers, Fla.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Victory Church, 169 Main St., Ashaway, Monday at 11 a.m.
Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich.
In lieu of flowers, Christopher would have appreciated donations being made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Donor Services, 10 Brookline Place West, 6th Floor, Brookline, MA 02445.

Tim and the entire Murray family,
I am saddened to read about the passing of Chris. I remember him fondly from the golf league which started at Lindbrook and I left it to move to Florida we were at Pine Crest. Chris was always someone who was great to play with because he had a great demeanor about him. May he rest in peace.
