He was the husband of Carol (Fontaine) Moon; the father of Melanie Moon, David Moon Jr. and Steven Moon; grandfather "Papa" to Amber Royster, Kelsey Kenneth, David Moon III and Caidence Moon; and brother of Ronald Moon, James Moon, Stacey Moon Thomas and Jennifer Moon Quinn.
David's family will greet relatives and friends at the Dinoto Funeral Home, 17 Pearl St, Historic Downtown Mystic on Jan. 20, 2011, from 2 to 4 p.m. with service at 3 p.m.
