Edward Littleton Obituary
Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Edward Jr. and Carol Littleton.
Edward worked in sales in the telecommunications field for 44 years. He was a communicant of St. James Chapel in Charlestown and a member of the Westerly Yacht Club, where he served on the Board of Directors. He enjoyed traveling, golfing, boating, and was a lifelong NY Yankees fan.
In addition to his wife Betty, he leaves behind his son, Thomas Vitello, and his wife Lauren; five siblings, Michael, Paul, Karen, and Sheila Littleton, and Teresa Underwood; Betty's children, Brianne and her husband Bobby, and Seth and his wife Claire; ten grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday, Dec. 8, from 4 - 7 p.m. at Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly. A Funeral Service will take place at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 9, at St. James Chapel, 2079 Matunuck School House Road, Charlestown, RI. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests contributions to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation in Edwards memory. For online condolences, please visit www.gaffneydolanfuneralhome.com.

To the Family of Ed:
I was so very sorry to hear of his passing. I most likely will not make the service so I wanted to share a few words. I worked with Ed in the Fishkill office of AT&T for a few years. Every day was full of laughter, jokes and joy as we sold PBX's! The bantering between Ed, Lou, Lucille, Dan, Cathy, Angela (who am I forgetting ) and pure laughter and fun made it clear that Ed truly loved everyone and wanted to make everyone feel part of his work "family". I see now he has 5 siblings, it makes sense. He was always including everyone and leading the laughter and joy while he broke sales records and taught us all a few of his skills. God Bless Ed, I will never forget him. May he be with our Lord and his family in heaven.

I was very sorry and sad to hear about Ed's passing. He was a colleague of mine at Cognizant, and I thought so highly of him. In all my interactions with him, Ed was always very kind, genuine, and personable. He left such a positive impact and impression on our team. My sincere condolences go out to his family.
