I lost my real brother Ron on March 15, 2016 and last year I lost my musical brother Frank on March 16, 2022. I miss them dearly. Every time I hear a sax playing I can see and hear Frank doing what he loved to do. Play his heart out for everyone to enjoy. A Master at his craft.

Just heard about Frank's passing. So nice to hear all the other messages of appreciation of what a great guy and musician he was. We also enjoyed his writing in writing class at the Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center.

So sorry for your loss. I share many wonderful memories playing gigs with Frank & his brother Dan. He was an amazing talent who spent countless hours writing out the horn parts for covering BS&T, Chicago, Santana & many others. Love you Frank!

My deepest sympathy to Mr. Procaccini´s family. My brother John and I were both band students at Clark Lane. Many years later his band played at my wedding reception. His dedication to his students and his love of music touched so many people.

Frank was a friend, former colleague, and a wonderful man. We were in a long running general business band together from around 1980 to the late 90's. I have so many great memories from that time with Frank. He was hands down an incredible musician and a one of a kind soul. I always would remind Frank that in my life he was a mentor to me esp. with music and performing. His influence on me in that realm is unmatched by any other. I will miss him very much.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Frank´s passing. We met in college at URI - both Music Majors. Frank was immensely talented and we enjoyed so many incredible experiences playing together along with his brother Danny. Although we haven´t seen each other for many years, the bond you form in such an impressionable part of your life never diminishes. I will always remember that wry smile and positive outlook Frank displayed. My most heartfelt condolences to his entire family...may you Rest In Peace my old friend.

One of the most beloved teachers of my youth for me and countless others. He loved his music, a smile a mile wide, taught us to strive for excellence and most importantly made sure every student knew they were important. He brought joy to his teaching. Rest In Peace - a positive force on so many lives.

To The Family & Friends Of Mr. Proc:
I was a student at Clark Lane Middle School from 1983 - 1985, involved with Chorus & Drama. Fortunately, I still had the privilege & honor to have met & interacted with Mr. Proc while I was there. He was such a wonderful man & teacher. Always had a ready smile. He will be missed. May he rest in eternal peace. My prayers of comfort for you all.

Frank was the foundation of our band Easy Goin' for 20 years. His talent and love of music was part of his being. Anyone that heard him play would immediately recognize what a professional he was. It was my honor to share so many fulfilling musical moments with him over the years. I will miss him deeply. Rest Easy Proc

What a loss for the music community in RI that Frank was a part of for so long. His students called him Mr. Proc and he inspired many of them on to greatness. He was a part of my band for many years playing shows at Foxwoods Casino, swing dances and clubs. Frank would jump off the stage at a swing dance and dance w a lucky gal then hop back on stage and play sax...the crowd would go wild. Thanks for everything Frank, Rip.
