Mary Molon Obituary
Born on April 5, 1922, in Fitchburg, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Harold and Mary (Drew) Tabbutt
Mrs. Molon worked as a waitress for many years. She was a member of the Central Baptist Church in Westerly.
She served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
She was a longtime bowler.
She will be sadly missed by her two sons, Kenneth "Wheless" Tremblay of Honolulu, Hawaii, and Stanley Molon of Westerly; her daughter, Diane Kenyon-Bergbik of Oakdale, Conn.; her grandchildren, Christopher Kenyon, Kimberly Tremblay, Heidi Hoffman and Michele Schutz; and her six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Aug. 19, at 11 a.m. in the Central Baptist Church, Elm Street, Westerly.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Buckler-Johnston Funeral Home, 121 Main St., Westerly.

Kenneth, Diane & Stanley,
My deepest sympathies go out to you and your family during this time. I had the honor of meeting and getting to know your mother during the past nine months. She truly was an interesting woman, who had the best sense of humor and the biggest sweet tooth (just like me). I can just imagine her walking through fields of butterscotch candies and having a huge smile on her face. (haha). She is truly missed..Again, my condolences to all who had a special place in their heart for this beautiful woman.

To Mary's Family,
I used to work with Mary many years ago at the Mystic Chamber of Commerce. She had such a great sense of humor. We really enjoyed having her with us. I am very sorry for your loss.

So sorry about your mom, even though I didn't know her. I recognized your name - always wondered where you moved on to. I was a student of yours "way back when" & I always remembered how nice you were to me when I was the very shy "new girl" - you were a wonderful teacher! Hope all is well with you other than the sadness of your mom's passing. Take care!
