Nancy Manfredi Obituary
Born in South Kingstown, she was the daughter of the late Beatrice and Richard F. Kenyon.
Nancy earned a degree in Agriculture Animal Husbandry from URI in 1961. She then lovingly devoted her time to her family as a stay at home mom. Later she worked for the lunch program with Westerly High and Chariho Middle School. She enjoyed quilting, sewing and cooking for family and friends.
In addition to her husband Cosmo, she leaves three children, Lea Ann Johnstone and spouse Erik and Michelle Anderson and spouse John, all of Westerly and Brian C. Manfredi and spouse Jill (Taylor) of Narragansett; six grandchildren, Rhys Johnstone, Myranda Johnstone, Trystan Johnstone, Paige Anderson, Lilly Manfredi and Cameron Manfredi; and brother Charles R. Kenyon.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 4-7 p.m., at Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 7 Church St., Bradford on Thursday at 10 a.m. There is no procession from the funeral home to church. Dear Cosmo, Lee Ann, Michelle, Brian and family,
We are so sorry to hear of Nancy's passing. Besides watching our boys play soccer together, I also worked for her at Chariho Middle School. A wonderful boss who had a great smile and even better personality!! May God bless you all and give you His peace with happy memories.

So sorry to hear of Nancy's passing. I worked with her at Chariho. She was a such a nice person. She was a terrific boss too. I'm glad that we did manage to get together a few times after we all left Chariho. She will be missed.

The sad passing of a dear second mom, good friend and overall wonderful person. I will always hold dear the memories of riding the big green "boat", shopping trips to Maine and how you could always "make that", the famous disappearing upper lip when you laughed too hard and the eye roll at another one of Coz's great ideas. You will always be in my heart and your spirit will always be reflected in the eyes of your children. Rest in peace, Nanc. <3
