I was very young when the Cullinanes moved into our neighborhood. I used to bug Bill constantly as he was building his home on Watch Hill Rd. He showed us his motorcycle and let us run around when he was working. I will always remember his patience with us. My condolences to Kim, her Mom and sisters. Bill was quite a guy.
