James Dennison Obituary

DENNISON James Albert "Jim" Dennison, age 82, of Columbus, passed away Friday, October 21, 2011. He was born to the late James and Helen Dennison on March 1, 1928. Jim graduated from West High School in the 1940s. He was a Navy Veteran in WWII. He enjoyed gardening and was an Ohio State University Fanatic. James was preceded in death by his beloved wife Anne Dennison, uncle George Reeves, extended family Donald Reeves, Bob and Gloria Doll of Waverly, OH, Tunia Jewel, Donald Reeves, and Clarence and Jewel Fladt. He is survived by his sister-in-law, Bobbie Reeves; and good friend, Clyde Eastwood; trusty companion, Fluffy; Mr. and Mrs. Larry Knight of Heath, OH, Mr. and Mrs. Grady Tillet of Chillicothe, OH; Mrs. George Jewell of Columbus, OH; Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Reeves of Columbus, OH; Mrs. Donald Reeves, Mr. and Mrs. Allan Reeves of S. Vienna, OH; Melissa Hutton of Chillicothe, OH; and all the friends at the Grove City E.L. Evans Senior Center. Friends may call 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. Thursday, October 27, 2011 at the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 E. Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123 where services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, October 28, 2011. Pastor Tim Womack officiating. Interment at Green Lawn Cemetery.
