When we talked or emailed one another he called me Herschel and I called him Jack. It was just a thing we did to honor our fathers I guess. In any event, I loved him like the brother I never had and I miss him greatly. He just rode his Harley to my house last fall for the first time and we had planned to do some riding this year. We met in 3rd grade and we hit it off great and became instant friends and remained close throughout the years. We built model cars,camped out, hunted,fished,raced go-carts,played baseball and football together (and got into a little mischief) . We liked the same music and held the same political views and opinions. Just the best friend I could have ever asked for and gone much too soon! Mary, please call me if you need any help you know you can lean on me if needed. Love to all.

Sadness at the loss of John, long time friend. I feel for you Mary, Chuck passed away almost 4 years ago. Will miss Johns sense of humor and his laughter.
