Mr Hoover has a special place in my heart. He is like a father to me. We grew up (Smiths) with Clint & Jean. When we did something wrong, he was there to chastise us. He will be missed in this world. He was blessed to be here so long to bless others. God has truly placed a angel beside him. My sincere condolences to my sister and brother and the entire family
