Charles Jacobson Obituary
Charles ""Chuck"" Robert Jacobson was born May 19th, 1943, to Roy and Doris (Johnson) Jacobson. He attended school in Dazey, North Dakota and graduated from College High in 1961. After graduating he earned his teaching degree from Valley City State University. He taught shop class in Cooperstown, North Dakota. In 1968, he married Carol Frey and had three sons Michael, Eric, and Christopher. He worked at Ammco Brake Lathe and Tools for 20 years. After being laid off he was employed by Lynx and then Dayco until he started Dick's Sewer Service in 1999. He was also remarried in 1999 to his doting wife Kathy with who he spent the rest of his life. Chuck loved to work on vehicles and loved socializing with his many friends at the NuBar and Legion in Valley City. He enjoyed spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
He is survived by his loving wife Kathy; two sons, Eric and Christopher; grandsons Tyler and Casper; stepchildren Michael Dady (Tracy), Colleen Dady; four step grandchildren Erinn, Megan, Sophia and SeVontae; four step great grand children Audrey, Ryan, Cain and Waylon; his sister Nancy Sather; brother Marshall Jacobson and many nieces and nephews.
Chuck is proceeded in death by his parents, brothers Neil and Larry, his son Michael and his first wife Carol.
More then anything, Chuck loved any friends or family stopping into visit with him and Kathy. Chuck will be missed by many.

I remember Chuck as a friend and a neighbor. Also we were in the Valley City Army National Guard together in the 70's. Chuck was really a good person. We worked togeher on Valley City's annual floods. My condolences to his family.
