Anthony Sherman Obituary

Anthony (Tony) Sherman Tony was born November 8, 1952 in Woodland, CA. He left us on June 23, 2014 after a brief hospital stay in Eureka. Tony loved the outdoors. He loved camping and fishing. His favorite spot to camp and fish was Lewiston, CA. Tony was a caring person. His family and friends meant a lot to him. Tony was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Gloria Sherman. He is survived by his wife Rebecca of Eureka; his children Michelle (Ethan) Sletten of MN; stepdaughter Shannon (Mike) Hagans of Arcata. He also has three grandchildren: Taylor Sletten, MN, Kohdi and Zachary Hagans of Arcata. He is also survived by his sisters Debbie (Armand) Novelo of Placerville, CA, Lisa Reed of Eureka; and brother Jim (June) Sherman of Folsom, CA. He also has numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Tony is also survived by his best friend Todd Davis of Eureka. No services will be held at Tony's request. He will be missed by all of us. Dear Lisa and Family:
I'm so sorry to read about Tony's death.
He was too young to die. My brother Donald and I send our condolences.
I remember all the good times we had as children growing up on Humboldt Hill together. Debbie, Tony, Timmy and you as a baby.
