Charles LeVaugh Obituary
Charles Marvin LeVaugh Jr. known by CJ passed away suddenly December 24th, 2008. CJ’s great joys in life were Baseball, Basketball, Golf and Pottery. From the first time CJ entered Pottery class he took the wheel like it was his second nature and created several amazing pieces. He graduated from Eureka High School in 2006. CJ is survived by his parents Charles Marvin LeVaugh Sr. and Allison LeVaugh, as well as his brother Donald LeVaugh, Fiancé Amber and his new little nephew Donald LeVaugh Jr., Allen, and Kayleigh of Eureka, Ca. CJ is also survived by his Grandmother Mary LeVaugh, God Parents Bambi and Scott Roller, as well as God Brothers Josh and Justin Roller of Eureka, Ca. Aunts and Uncles Charlotte LeVaugh of Eureka, Ca Catherine Bartman of Ukiah, Ca, Ruth and Butch Kirkpatrick of Redway, Ca, Iva and Corry of Garberville, Ca, Corky and Janice Coffelt of Miranda, Ca and many cousins and second cousins. CJ is also proceeded by Grandma Fay Cox of Redway, Ca and Aunt Tamara Dillard of Long View, TX. A Potluck Celebration of Life will be held for CJ at Runeberg Hall Wabash Ave. & Union St. in Eureka, Ca on January 24th at 2pm.

That from this earth he’s gone.
Yes, his journey here is ended,
But his life continues on.

his thoughtful words,

He’s in a better place
where he’s at peace,

To CJ's family, I did not know CJ very well but I work with Allison and I have a cute memory of when I met CJ, my daughter received a puppy white with black spots named Molly and I could not have another dog in my house, Allison and CJ came to my house and Molly just loved CJ she was giving him puppy kisses and I could remember that CJ had the biggest smile on his face he was so happy.

I knew CJ for just a short period of time. He had recently become a member of my family. He was a handsome and polite young man. I watched him laugh and play with my grandchildren. He was very kind and loving with them. My heart felt sympathy for all the family in this crisis they have to face. I pray that you all reach out for a strength greater than your own. We are sorry to hear of CJ's passing. We only met him this past season when he helped coach the Babe Ruth League team my son was on. He was a fine young man and he will be missed. Our condolences.
