Darrell MacWilliams Obituary

DARRELL "MAC" MACWILLIAMS Darrell MacWilliams "Mac" passed away on October 29, 2016 at the age of 80. He was born in Eureka and attended Eureka schools. He had worked at the Simpson plant at the Fairhaven Salvation Army Thrift Store before retiring. He was a veteran and served in the US Army. Mac always had an interest in cars and liked to take walks. He leaves behind many friends at Silver Crest, the area here, and other places. So very sorry to hear of Mac's passing. He was a big part of our family when I was growing up. I still kept in touch with Mac thru the years and would stop by and visit him every time we were in town. RIP Darrell

I remember "Mac" well from the high school days. I think Mac graduated with the EHS class of '55. I also worked with him during his time at Simpson Plywood. Great guy to be around and a good friend. Very sorry to hear of his passing. RIP Darrell!....and Bless you all!
