Lori Gladding Obituary
Lori Gladding, of Huntington, Massachusetts, passed away August 8, 2021 following a brief battle with cancer. Lori was born in 1959 In Colorado and graduated from Eureka High School. A lifelong educator, she held many teaching positions including at Eureka City Schools, College of the Redwoods, California State University, Sacramento and Pacific Oaks College. She impacted numerous lives through the teen parent program at Eureka High School and will forever be remembered for her willingness to open her heart and home to anyone in need. Lori is survived by her five children, their spouses and partners, 12 grandchildren, two brothers, and two fathers. She was preceded in death by her mother, brother and sister. A memorial service will be held Friday July 22, 2022 from 10 am to 1 pm at the Heritage Oaks Memorial Chapel in Rocklin, CA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation in her memory be made to the California Retired Teachers Fund #27.
