Dear Iona's Family:
Your Mother was an inspiration to me because of her commitment to her work, her strength of character and her love of you, her family.
When I began with The Service in 1987 she taught me EXACTLY how to fill out a particular form. And then she gave me one of her 'trademark' mints and that lovely smile! I am sorry you have lost her.

So sorry to hear about your mom, I remember her saying It was always so nice to be considered part of the family when she was living in town and Mike would go up and help her do a few things around the trailer. Our thoughts are with you all.
