Robin Stratton Obituary

PLAINFIELD - Robin M. Stratton, 59, of Maple Hill Road, passed away Sunday, May 20, 2012, at Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin.

Born in Barre on Feb. 6, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Marie (O'Neill) Stratton.

She resided at the Brandon Training School for a few years, and then later made her home with Linda and Steve LaFountain on Cedar Street in Barre Town. Robin enjoyed her many car rides with Steve (she loved fancy cars). Later on she resided with Wanda and Ralph Carroll and their warm, loving and caring family, of Plainfield, where she enjoyed many happy hours and Robin was part of that family. She enjoyed being with family, watching people and TV.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday, May 24, 2012, at 10 a.m. in St. Cecilia Mother Cabrini Catholic Church, 50 Washington Road in East Barre. There are no calling hours.

Burial will follow the Mass at St. Sylvester Cemetery in Lower Websterville.

Arrangements are in the care of the Pruneau-Polli Funeral Home, 58 Summer St., Barre.
