Peggy Ann Curtis, 66, of Gilcrest, CO, died November 2, 2016 in Greeley, CO. Peggy was born December 24, 1949 In Longmont, CO to Leroy and Dorothy (Lowery) Lesser. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, enjoyed crocheting blankets for her kids and grandkids. She was a devoted caregiver to her dogs, Holly Ann and Katie Lou. Her greatest passion was playing with her grandkids. Survivors: Sons, Patrick (Stephanie) McGirl, Stella, NC, Richard (Tara) McGirl, Platteville, CO and Allen (Jennifer) McGirl, Englewood, CO; Grandchildren, Joshua (Alecia) McGirl, Richard Barbee, Hannah, Natalie and Garrett McGirl, Chelsie (Earl) Collier, Jack and Nathan McGirl. 2 Great Grandchildren on the way; Sisters, Jean Anderson, Longmont, CO, Carrie Hawkins (Dan), Platteville, CO, Barbara Roundtree, Longmont, CO, Nancy (Tom) Wissing, Longmont, CO and Susan (Jim) Starr, Denver, CO. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents and husband, William "Bill" Curtis. A Visitation will be held from 9:00 am - 10:00am, followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00 am, Wednesday, November 9, 2016, Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 1000 15th Ave., Longmont, CO.
