Robin Thompson Obituary

Robin R. Thompson passed away December 6, 2012 at Longmont United Hospital. She was 52. Robin was born September 28, 1960 in Wamego, Kansas to Harris and Avis (Guilliams) Grunewald. She moved to Colorado at a young age and graduated from Weld Central High School. She moved to Longmont in 2000 from Platteville, CO. She worked as a manager in retail sales. Robin was of the Lutheran faith and her number one enjoyment in life was her grandchildren and family. She is survived by her son Joshua Thompson (Shevone) of Longmont; her parents Harris and Avis Grunewald of Keenesburg, CO; her brothers Larry Grunewald (Amanda) and Jeffery Grunewald (Jana) both of Keenesburg, CO; and three grandchildren Nicholas, Deakan, and Jax Thompson. Memorial service 10:00 AM Thursday December 13, 2012 at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel. Cremation entrusted to Ahlberg Funeral Chapel and Crematory. Avis, Harris, Larry, Jeff and families - So sorry to hear about Robin. I will always have the memories of her and all we did when you lived on Spring Creek in Kansas. Please know that we are all thinking of you and you are in our thoughts and prayers. Her and Dad can keep watch over all of us.
