Albert King Obituary

KING, Albert Sr. "Fred", 78, formerly of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 26, 2007. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jean C. King; and a son, Ted King. Mr. King is survived by his wife, Carole King; sons, Jim and Warren King; sisters, Nellie Allgood, Betty Mountcastle, Dorothy Burnette, and Lucille Foster; brothers, Johnny, Allen, Earl, and James "Butch" King; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Morrissett Funeral Home, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (Rt. 10). His funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Interment will be held in Dale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the charity or church of choice.
