Alice Davis McKissick, age 97, formerly of Blackstone, Va., passed away on Sunday, Oct. 26, 2025. She is the widow of Aubrey McKissick and predeceased by her son, Neal McKissick.
Alice is survived by two sons, Jim McKissick (Pat), Ron McKissick (Becky); and a daughter-in-law, Alison McKissick; grandchildren, Shannon Ackley, Amanda Wood, Davey McKissick, Tyler McKissick and Matthew McKissick; great- grandchildren, Grant and Davis Wood.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 7, 2025 at the Blackstone Chapel of Joseph McMillian Funeral Homes, 1826 Cox Rd., Blackstone, VA 23824. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Lucy Corr Foundation, 6800 Lucy Corr Blvd., Chesterfield, VA 23832. www.mcmillianfuneralhome.com
