Andrew Houchins Obituary
December 8, 1979 - November 9, 2025
Andrew (Andy) Houchins of Snellville, GA (formerly Mechanicsville, VA), passed away peacefully on November 9, 2025 after a brief battle with cancer. Andy was a 2001 graduate of Greensboro College and was the associate artistic director of the Atlanta Shakespeare Company.
Andy was predeceased by his father, Richard Houchins. He is survived by his wife, Megan Rose; daughters, Stella and Molly; sister, Katy Underdown (Brett); and mother, Martha Boldin Houchins.
A non-traditional celebration of Andy's life will be held at The Atlanta Shakespeare Theater at 3:00 pm Monday, December 29, 2025.
In lieu of flowers, donations to honor Andy may be made to The Atlanta Shakespeare Company.
