Carolyn Lawrence Gibbs

GIBBS, Carolyn Lawrence, 59, of Chesterfield, received her wings on December 31, 2020. Carolyn leaves to cherish her memory her devoted husband, Monte Gibbs; children, Amonta, Santricia Jarrett (Corey) and Monte Mills (Shanika); 12 grandchildren, a great-grandchild; aunts, Ruby Boyd, Corine Lawrence; uncle, Jack Lawrence (Virginia); sister-in-law, Venita Horne (Joe); brothers-in-law, Reginald Gibbs (Ruth), Angelo Gibbs (Corrine), Daryl Gibbs, Forest Allen and John Allen; a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull Street, where a walk-through viewing will be held Friday, January 8, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Private services will be viewed live January 9, at 1 p.m. Interment Maury St. Cemetery.
