Cecil and Evelyn were true friends to me for several years, and I treasure that. I owe Cecil much, and offer my sincerest sympathy to the girls, and their families. Losing both parents, so closely together was a terrible shock. God Bless each of you.

May the family be comforted that Cecil and Ev are together in peace once again and will remain so forever.
In reflection about Cecil, I will never forget the aroma of his pipe and his wonderful laugh. He was respected by all in our profession, not only for his knowledge of forensic firearms and toolmark examination but also for his general knowledge of just about everything.
