Charles Riggins Obituary
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Kim, daughter Carol Bailey and husband Micah, granddaughters Addison and Vivian, and brother Johnny of Sun City, Arizona.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday November 1, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Elkhardt Baptist Church, visitation will be held with the family 1 hour prior.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Elkhardt Baptist Church 6715 Hull Street Rd, Richmond, VA 23224 or to the Alzheimer's Association P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
