Charles Thomas Wicker "C.T.", 76, passed away Monday, August 26, 2024. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Gordon Wicker; and his mother, Lois Hattorf Wicker.
He is survived by his spouse of 50 years, Frances S. Wicker; daughter, Robin Ann Wicker; sister, Judy Theofanos (Stanley); nieces, Ann Gammon, Michelle Moscardini (Andrew), Cindi Froggatt (Todd); nephews, Ted Theofanos (Stephanie), Alex Theofanos, Jeff Powell (Veronica), Robert Mason (Lori), John G. Adams III; great nephews, Stamate Theofanos, and Nicholas and Miles Gammon; great niece, Olympia Theofanos.
C.T. worked for D.M.V. for 34 years. He was a member of Sandston Moose Lodge and Sandston V.F.W. Post 8529. C.T. loved playing music and had played bass guitar since high school. C.T. loved golf and spending time at "The Rivah" in Urbanna, VA, but his greatest love was his family.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Middlesex County Vol. Fire Dept. or The Richmond S.P.C.A.
