Cleopatra 'Cleo' Carter, 72 of Powhatan, Va. departed this life Saturday, December 13, 2025. She is survived by her loving family.
Her remains rest at the Robert Mealy Funeral Home, Goochland, Va. where a viewing will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. on Friday, December 19, 2025 and where funeral services will take place at 12 noon on Saturday, December 20, 2025.

Cleo was like an another mother to me. I stayed many many times at her house and the same for Sheila and Christina at ours. We are a close knit family and I will truly miss her! Sheila and I a very close, and will cherish her memories forever.
