Cleveland Henry Williamson III

WILLIAMSON, Cleveland Henry, III, 74, of North Chesterfield, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 24, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cleveland Jr. and Tootsie Williamson. He is survived by his wife, Kay; daughters, Carrie (Robert) Hernandez, Carly (James) Pantle; five grandchildren, Helena, Sam, Adalene, Julia and Garin; sister, Nancy (Eldridge) Firth; and many nieces, nephews and other family members. Cleve was a graduate of Manchester High School and the University of Richmond. After high school, Cleve joined the U.S. Navy and served aboard the U.S.S. Ramsey in the Vietnam war. Following his service, he worked at Bank of America, Blue Cross Blue Shield and retired from the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. He was a long-time member of Monument Heights Baptist Church and sang in the choir. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. on Monday, August 29, at Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Rd., Midlothian, Va. 23113, with the funeral service to immediately follow in the chapel.
