DICKERSON, Connie J., 73, of Louisa, Va., peacefully entered into eternal rest on Friday, January 29, 2021, at Henrico Doctors' Hospital. She was born March 18, 1947, to the late Rayford and Eleanor Barrett of Louisa, Va. She joined County Line Baptist Church at an early age where she served faithfully, singing in the choir for many years until her health began to decline. She loved attending family gatherings and traveling. She leaves to cherish her memory two sisters, Jacquelin Dickerson (Waverly) of Manakin-Sabot, Va. and Linda Mealy of Columbia, Va.; two brothers, Rayford Barrett Jr. (Dorothea) of Trevilian, Va. and Calvin Barrett of Louisa, Va.; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Her remains rest at the Robert Mealy Funeral Home, Goochland, Va., where a viewing will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. Graveside funeral services will be private.
