I will always remember him with his long blonde hair and his smile. He always treat me with his cheery smile and tell me I look beautiful especially I feel down inside. I will miss him dearly and I hope his family have peace in this terrible time.

I first met Daniel in 6th grade. We started band class together. We both played trombone. He was very talented while I was just horrible. He was a good friendly dude. I had a rough time throughout middle school and highschool but Daniel was always a friend I felt comfortable around. He went on to play bass and tuba and went into the marching band in highschool. We both got really into metal music at the same time. He would come out and see my brothers band play in Richmond and we both shared a love for Lamb of God. We lost touch over the years and I regret not dropping him a message to see how he was doing. Life is painful, life is long, life's short, it's like a song. Rip buddy.

What is success?
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate the beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better... to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded!

Daniel, you certainly succeeded in your short life. Your kindness and bright smile made many lives breathe easier. I miss and love you so much. Love, Aunt Sara

I went to high school with Daniel and while I did not know him personally we have many mutual friends and all I have heard about is what a sweet, kind, happy guy he was and how he truly touched their lives and improved their days. I am very sorry for your loss.
