Debra, 59, of Chesterfield, passed away June 25, 2024. She was preceded in death by her father, John Donald Filer; brother, Brandon Filer; and grandson Dylan Minor. She is survived by her husband, Michael Hasselman; mother, Emily Cranham; sister, Leigh Filer; daughters, Tiffany Filer, Jessica Castillo (Travis Doran), and Lauren Howell (James Howell); and eight grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 10 at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd., followed by a service at 6 p.m.
