Doris Jane Kaylor Browder

1924 - 2021

BROWDER, Doris Jane Kaylor, of Dolphin, Va., at age 96 peacefully passed away to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 14, 2021. She was born December 26, 1924 in Lancaster, Pa. She lived in Mount Joy, Pa., prior to marriage and moving to Dolphin, Va. She was the daughter of the late Irvin and Josephine Kaylor. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Henry Browder. She is survived by her daughter, Zoe Ann Browder and husband, Charles M. Taylor; her grandchildren, Cody M. and Lauren E. Taylor, whom she cherished; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. She was a longtime member of Liberty Church, Lawrenceville, Va. She will always be remembered for her sweet smile, unlimited kindness and caring nature.

Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at Williams Funeral Home & Crematory, Lawrenceville, Va., with interment in Oakwood Cemetery, Lawrenceville, Va. The family will receive friends Tuesday, from 1 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
