Frank Stahl Obituary

Frank Norman Stahl

Frank Norman Stahl, age 83, passed away peacefully on September 19, surrounded by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rudy and Ilse Stahl, and his brother, Richard Stahl. He is survived by his devoted wife of 58 years, Gene Bernstein Stahl; his daughters, Stefanie Walker (Gordon) and Geri Adler (Drew); and his treasured grandchildren, Mollie and Liam Adler.

A lifelong Richmonder, Frank attended Thomas Jefferson High School and went on to study at the VCU School of Pharmacy, formerly known as MCV, which began his first career as a pharmacist. He later earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University, which led to his second career as a Certified Public Accountant.

Frank was deeply committed to his community. He became one of the youngest Masters of Masonic Lodge #53, a role he held multiple times with distinction. He was an active member of Temple Beth El and served as Treasurer of the Ostomy Association of Richmond, offering his time and expertise to causes close to his heart.

Frank had a deep love for people and was always ready with a listening ear and thoughtful advice. He will be fondly remembered for his gentle nature and unwavering dedication to his family and friends.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the exceptional doctors and medical personnel who provided compassionate care during the past few months.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 25, at 11:30 a.m. at Bliley's Funeral Home, 3801 Augusta Avenue, Richmond, VA, 23230, with a livestream available for those unable to attend in person. Interment will follow at Richmond Beth-El at Forest Lawn

Yesterday

I first met Frank when I worked at the bank. Frank was always a pleasure to talk to and could pick up a conversation about any subject. Later Frank became our tax accountant and was a pleasure to do business with.
Our condolences to Gene and the family. May you cherish the memories you hold dear to your heart.
Fondly,
Dale and Cheryl Harlow
