Frederick Langford Obituary

LANGFORD Frederick Coart Langford of Richmond, Va. passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2007, as a result of complications from the traumatic brain injury he suffered in February 1999. He was 46. Fred was a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor's degree in Business. He was owner of Langford Cabinetry & Renovations, and will be remembered by all who knew him as a great father, husband, and friend. His love of woodworking, classic cars, and ability to fix anything will be missed. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Leslie Hodges Langford; their two daughters, Emma and Libby of Edinburg, Va.; his brother, Robert, and wife, Mary, and their children Lindsay and Matthew. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 9th, at 3 p.m., at Christ United Methodist Church, West Grace and Charles Streets, Richmond, Va. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation to the Holly Grove Volunteer Rescue Squad, 155 Factory Mill Rd., Bumpass, Va. 23024.
