I am so sad to hear that Dr. Taylor has passed. I was a patient for 15+ years. He was a very considerate person. He always made sure you felt like you were the special patient he had while giving you your eye exam . If there was a concern,he didn´t hesitate to send you to a specialist. I am praying for the family to have peace and comfort. I know how his wife feels with the loss of Dr. Taylor. May you have peace and comfort in your heart Mrs. Taylor. It is very hard when you don´t have them anymore. My deepest Sympathy to all. Katherine Dearry

I met Dr. Taylor 8 years ago. He fitted me for my first pair of contact lenses so that I could witness our daughters wedding and not have to wear glasses. Our daughters 8th Anniversary is tomorrow. So every year this time I would go to get my prescription renewed. I always loved those appointments. I was truly taken aback when I called today to schedule my visit to learn that he had passed on. I am so deeply sorry for all of you.
Dr. Taylor was a fine man. He and I quickly discovered that we were both from Virginia Beach, and coming from a long line of VMI graduates, we had lots to talk about. His corny jokes in the office always made me laugh! I really can’t imagine him not being there anymore.
I am deeply saddened by his passing and just wanted you to know that he meant a lot to many other patients I am sure. I will miss his good natured humor, his intellect and his friendship. God be with each of you during this time of loss. He will be sorely missed.

Our prayers to his family. We've been patients of Dr Taylor for at least ten years and he would always make me laugh with his corny jokes, like I'm outstanding in my field. I always admired his dedication to the mission field. Peace.
