George and I met in 1961, at the University of Richmond. George was my "little brother" in Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity. We both got a chuckle out of me, at 5'8", being George's "big brother." I will miss George's NY sense of humor and picture him young, in a basketball game, standing high post, towering over most other players. The last time I saw George was with Kay and UofR footballer, Johm Sheranek, at the Panda Chinese restaurant. Good memories. Peace be with you and your family George. I love you, man.

Kay,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I remember when first meeting George thinking this man is going to be intimidating because of his size. I soon realized he was just a "big old teddy bear". He always made me laugh. He will forever be remembered. Cherish all the wonderful times together and share the memories.
Sincerely,
Sharyn and Tom Ward
