SPURLOCK, Gwendolyn Y., 70, of Manquin, Va., departed this life Wednesday, May 11, 2022. She was preceded in death by her father, Walker Heiskell; mother, Deloris C. Latney; siblings, Patricia A. Moore and Geraldine Thornton. She leaves to cherish her loving memory, her loving and devoted husband, Elvin Spurlock Sr.; sons, Elvin L. Spurlock Jr. (Janice), Antron Spurlock; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; brother, William Latney Jr.; aunts, Rosa Bullock, Francine Booker and Francis Brown; a host of other family and friends. Remains rest at March Funeral Home, 2110 E. Laburnum Ave., where viewing will be held 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 18, 2022. Family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. Celebration of Life service with livestreaming, 1:30 p.m. Thursday, May 19, 2022 at March Funeral Home. Interment the Lewis Family Cemetery, 46 Towique Farm Road, Hanover, Va. 23069.
