To the McLauren family, I was so surprised to hear about Henry's passing. Being a part of the Navy Hill family, I can remember as a little girl, Henry, my brother, Jimmy Jr, and some other guys would be on the corner harmonizing a Capelle style to the old school tunes. I would be sitting in the bedroom window just above where they were singing and just loving it. Maybe that's why I love that style of singing to this day some 50+ yrs later.
I bet Henry is trying to get together with some group right now. Sending my condolences to the entire McLauren family. May God forever be your source of strength doing the coming days.
