Herbert Curtis Kinker

KINKER Herbert Curtis Kinker, 77, of Richmond, passed away September 24, 2006. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Kathleen "Kitty" Warren Kinker; daughter, Linda Morgan; son, Warren Kinker and his wife, Sue; sister, Alice Holt and her husband, Wade; and grandson, Curtis Morgan and his wife, Tanya. Mr. Kinker was retired from the City of Richmond Department of Parks and Recreation, where he was employed for 41 years. The family will receive friends 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, September 30, with a 2 p.m. memorial service at the Bliley Funeral Home's Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull Street Rd. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 4240 Park Place Ct., Glen Allen, Va. 23060.
