Didn't know my life could be so full until the life I found with Jim.
Didn't know I could hurt so much until the day I lost him.

I remember the Dabner family while I was growing up in Fairfield, Iowa, 1940's and 1950's. Jim was a strong athlete (and so were the Allen boys) and he was one of those "nice" guys in the school hallways. Blessings on you all, Mary Martin (Rosemary) Lane, Waterloo, Iowa

There are times when words just don't say or do what one wants them to. Then the love which is given from one to another like that LOVE you gave to dad. The love you gave and are giving is an example to all what it means till death. I love you so.

Nette, I love you and appreciate the loving care you gave Jim. The two of you shared a love that not many have the opportunity to have. What a blessing! Although we all miss Jim, we have many wonderful memories and look forward to spending more time with you.

I am truly blessed to have known Jim. Jim introduced himself to my family for the first time in 1976. It was always a pleasure to be in his presents. No matter how you were feeling or how your day may have been going, Jim was guarenteed to make you laugh or just put a smile on your face. Spanky and I will miss uncle Jim dearly but, we know that God knows what best for his children. He will not give us more than we can bear. We will see Jim again, he have only gone to rest for now. May your heart soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. Antoinette, I remember when you and Jim first met in the 70's, you have stood by his side from day one. May God continuiously bless and strengthen you in Jesus name Amen,Amen Hallelujah...
