WHITE, Janice O., 76, of Richmond, passed away on February 10, 2021. She is survived by a host of loving relatives and friends. Remains rest at Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where funeral services will be held Monday, February 22, 2021, at 11 a.m., with limited capacity and social distancing required. The funeral service can be viewed online at manningfh.com. Interment Roselawn Memory Gardens.

To the entire White Family that literally adopted me as one of their own in the early eighties. You have always shown me great love, support and encouragement. I was always a part of the family's good times and the sad times. Please know that I stand in the gap with you and you have my heartfelt condolences and sincere prayers as you grieve the loss of a very vital part of your family. I loved Janice very much and we always enjoyed one another immensely. Her great love for friends and family was extraordinarily kind and spontaneous. She was truly indeed a gift from GOD and I will miss her terribly. Mrs Janice was one of the kindness angels I´ve known
I had four kids , my car was having trouble. It was more trouble than I could afford. Mrs Janice and her husband gave me a Jeep . She saw that I was in need and came to my rescue . I will never forget you Rest In Peace beautiful soul. Angel of mine!!
