JoAnne Bailey Obituary

BAILEY JoAnne Proffitt Bailey of Richmond died Tuesday, November 28, 2006. She is survived by her husband, Jeremy Bailey; her three children and one grandchild. A memorial service will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Unity Church of Richmond, 800 Blanton Ave. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the SPCA of Richmond.
