"Uncle Pipe" was what I affectionately called my Uncle when I was a youngster.. we always looked forward to visiting our special Richmond family! Milton was always joyful, fun, and was a walking encyclopedia on history and trains. He created the most amazing miniature community with model trains running through it.
He will truly be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with my Aunt Nancy and family.
