My condolences to the Woods family. I met Johnny in the mid 60's and lost touch with him several years later. I thought of Johnny often, especially when driving through Amelia. I believe we met at the old 360 Truck Stop. I had a friend in the 82nd Airborne and Johnny rode with me to Ft. Bragg to visit some of his friends. I know he will be missed by all.

John spent his school years in Amelia. All who had the pleasure of knowing him knew him as a friend.
